By accessing or using NameVerse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description & Delivery
NameVerse provides personalized birthday music gifts for partners, friends, parents, and other people you care about. You provide details such as names, relationships, personal moments, quirks, and genre preferences, and we create custom lyrics and vocal recordings. After signing in, you may create Take A free and listen to a preview limited to its first 60 seconds.
3. Payment, Pricing & The Birthday Promise
A $19.99 single-song purchase, or use of one song from a previously purchased $49 3-song pack, unlocks the complete Take A and starts creation of Take B so you can choose between them. The purchase also includes access to the available WAV audio, lyrics, and gift-page features for that song. Prices are one-time charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.
4. Personal Use License
Songs created through NameVerse are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You are encouraged to play the song at birthday gatherings, send the gift page link to family and friends, and share the recording privately. Resale, mass commercial distribution, or commercial licensing without written authorization is prohibited.
